Dropbox Capture Download Resolution

Question

Is there any way to download my Dropbox Capture videos at 1080p?

Whenever I download a Dropbox Capture, it's a much smaller resolution than what I'm using to record. I have a 1080p camera but when I screen & camera record and then download that video from Dropbox Capture, it's very poor quality. I have a "Business" account.

Can you please let me know if you're able to preview it normally at 1080p on the website and if this happens with a specific file or all of your captures?&nbsp;

Hi! I'm not really sure how to check the resolution of the videos as they are on the web. Can you tell me how to do that?&nbsp;&nbsp;

When you preview the capture from your Dropbox account, you should be able to see the quality at the lower right corner of your window Joy17&nbsp;

This is very interesting! I have about 120ish Captures. The only ones that show a resolution in the lower right are 480p! What's crazy is that videos created earlier or later that same day (using the same process) &nbsp;don't have a resolution on them&nbsp;🤔

And does this persist after clearing your browser's cache or on another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running Joy17?&nbsp;
