Dropbox Capture Download Resolution

Is there any way to download my Dropbox Capture videos at 1080p?

Whenever I download a Dropbox Capture, it's a much smaller resolution than what I'm using to record. I have a 1080p camera but when I screen & camera record and then download that video from Dropbox Capture, it's very poor quality.  I have a "Business" account.

Hey Joy17 - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!

Can you please let me know if you're able to preview it normally at 1080p on the website and if this happens with a specific file or all of your captures?

Any additional information is more than welcome!

Hi! I'm not really sure how to check the resolution of the videos as they are on the web. Can you tell me how to do that?

When you preview the capture from your Dropbox account, you should be able to see the quality at the lower right corner of your window Joy17

Could you give it a go and let me know what you find?
