In order to download a folder as a Zip, it needs to contain less than 20GB of data and fewer than 10,000 files. If the folder is larger than either of those, you'll need to download the files within the folder individually, or use the Dropbox application on your computer and let the folder sync to your drive.

Hi All,
I just started a new job a few weeks ago and inherited all the folders, data, etc. from the previous employee that had my position. There is one folder in particular that I really need and it's massive. It's one zipped folder that's 184 gigs. I've tried to simply download it a few times and it's quit about halfway through a couple of those times. I imagine there's got to be an easier way to retrieve this folder and extract it all once it's downloaded.
Any help on the best/most efficient way to get this thing downloaded and unzipped?
Thanks!

What Rich suggested in this case, is right, peterhorgan, and thanks for reaching out!
This is a pretty large folder, so you won't be able to download it through our website at once.
You can either download the files in smaller batches, or sync the folder using the Dropbox application.
