Hi there,
The video plays fine on the webpage. The error occurs after downloading and when attempting to play the video. I have used 3 different types of media players. One plays it but choppy and the other two cannot play at all.
The videographer informed me that the videos are in 4K and sometimes it just depends on the device.

That is true, 4K videos do require a powerful CPU to play it normally at full quality, so it does sound like the issue isn't related to Dropbox in this instance.
