Hi there,   My husband recently died. I need to gain access to his account. I remember his password but for the 2 step validation I need to access his email which has now been shut down. Any sugges...

    The only problem is... that page takes me to the support page where there is no option to open a ticket. I feel like I'm in a Catch-22. My friend died and his mother is legally blind, and there's no way to get access to his files or cancel his account. Help!
