Can't watch videos from my computer when uploaded from my phone to a shared folder.

Is it safe to assume that you're opening these files from our desktop app, locally on the device?
Also, what file types are we talking about here? Can you try to preview the files using our website, and let me know what happens then?

So I just tried opening them through the website and it worked so we will just do that from now on. I am not sure the video type, whatever a new iphone would take and upload from the app. I just cannot open it up from my files on my laptop where it plays through the media player. However with it working on the website I will just open it that way in the future now
