Have you looked on the website at the links to see if this is a new account?
If you only have one email search your emails for messages from Dropbox to help you find the account. Remember if you are with Google Danielle.Burnett@ and DanielleBurnett@ (for example) would be 1 account/email BUT here it would be 2.
- Danielleburnett872 years agoExplorer | Level 3Yes iv searched my email for previous emails and didn’t come across anything.
- Danielleburnett872 years agoExplorer | Level 3I just looked at emails from back 2019 and it’s the exact same email.
I also payed for the professional account so I could go in and see about deleted photos to see if maybe the person stole my phone went in and deleted my photos but there was nothing there- Mark2 years agoSuper User II
