Calculate Size is Unavailable
I'm on the 2GB plan. Calculate Size used to be available to me until recently. Now that option is nowhere to be found.
Hey bertt, sorry to hear that you're also having trouble with this.
As a first step, could you please ensure that you've followed the steps below for the option to appear?
- Sign in via the website.
- Select the Files tab.
- Click a column header.
- Choose the option Size.
- Hover over the folder and click the check box next the folder you’re interested in.
- The option to Calculate size should appear in the right sidebar.
If you still don't see this option, could you try clearing your browser's cache and disabling third party browser extensions? Maybe that will do the trick.
Let me know how it goes!

2TB, not 2GB!
- LusilDropbox StaffHi there ZooWest! If you’re trying to do this via the website, then please first ensure that you follow the steps outlined here. If this doesn’t work, try another browser, using incognito, and check that you’re not using any browser extensions. If the issue persists, please provide any additional details and screenshots (omitting personal info) so as to have a better understanding of your concern. Thanks in advance!

I'm on Firefox. The usual method of calculating size you outlined above does not work. Incognito mode in Firefox does not work either. Everything looks to be normal except.... no calculate size option.
