Hi Walter,
Thank you for the rapid response.
I am primarily using RAW files from my Canon camera, which are usually stored in JPG format.
I have attached a screenshot from my browser for reference.
To add more information, I am using Safari on a MacBook. Perhaps there is a conflict with my browser.
Thank you for looking into this. (I hope you dont mind, my browser is transcripted to my native language)
