The same thing for us too.
I tried the whole day to find the way how to create an app with team permissions.
I was doing that under team administrator account without success.

Hi Greg.
This is a great news! :champagne:
I've tried to create an app for the team and it works as it was before!
No logout/login, no clear cache, just created a new app.
Note: I have not tested setting up existing failed team app.
