"Restricted Content" Error
Hi,
We are getting the following error while downloading "Getting Started Pdf" in Dropbox

Is this file restricted? If so can hyou explain the reason?.

As of today 1/16/2018 I am also seeing this error, with the same file. Does someone keep reporting this file as infringing copyright?
