hls video streaming - m3u access?
Hi, I’m creating a Python API using FastAPI and Dropbox SDK. I’m trying to get a streamable video link similar to what Dropbox uses in their player (https://previews.dropbox.com/p/hls_master_playlist...

And now I am saying same thing in 2024. Is there any development in this area (2015-2024)?

Dropbox Engineer
Hi, I'm an engineer that works on Dropbox video previews. If you create a shared link to a file, you can access the raw video file for embedding by replacing the `&dl=0` in the shared link with `&raw=1`. See this demo link and previous discussion. Thanks for posting on the forum!

Thanking you for your reply.
I have used this method long time ago. and this method come with a big limitation, after some request link become temperary unavailable due to dropbox basic plan limit.
''The bandwidth limit for Dropbox Basic is 20 GB per day. Dropbox Basic accounts can also download up to 100,000 files per day.''
This is annoying. I want to somthing like m3u8 file as dropbox use in there player (I have seen in network tab).
Thanking you again 😊
