I need to use the plugins drop-ins for chooser API from a desktop application, which is running on nodejs and angular. Is there any way to integrate the plugins for application not running on http...

The "Invalid origin" error message generally indicates that the site you're trying to use the Chooser on isn't using a supported protocol.

Can you elaborate on what you mean when you say you want to integrate with an "application not running on http/https"? What platform are you using and what does the URL look like?
