Automatic upload to Dropbox from custom app
My problem is I need a way to automatically upload from a ustom app on my iPhone, to dropbox. I need it such that all the newly created/recorded audio files from my custom app, should be directly up...

Dropbox does offer an API you can use for listing, uploading, and downloading files, among other operations. You can find everything you need to get started with the Dropbox API, including documentation, tutorials, and SDKs here.
For instance, for working in an iOS app using Swift, we offer an official Dropbox SDK for Swift here. Check out the instructions there for getting started with that. There's an example of how to do an upload in that readme here.
