restricted_content to the Shared folders

Hi,

I'm working at an anonymous company and a project that consumes the malicious URLs shared by an international authority. The authority shared the protected zip files via Shared Folders and my company is retrieving the files via the Dropbox APIs. Early last Friday, the authority asked the disk space upgrade. Since then, my company service has encountered the following error when it's trying to access the given shared folders:

'{"error_summary": "path/restricted_content/...", "error": {".tag": "path", "path": {".tag": "restricted_content"}}}'

I talked to the international authority whose agent confirmed no access change on the shared folder, so I believe that it's Dropbox that may have interrupted the access from my company per this support article: https://support.cloudm.io/hc/en-us/articles/360010085279-Dropbox-409-Conflict-path-restricted-content#:~:text=Dropbox%20Exception%20%2D%20%7B%22error_summary%22,of%205%20found%20this%20helpful.

Can someone check the access permission on the shared folder of the international authority? I can further provide the shared folder information via the secret email channel. Please, reply to my email account for further discussion. Your prompt attention will sincerely appreciated in advance.

Best,

JP
