2026 TopicsDownloading large files from the Dropbox site fails
I am trying to download a combination of files and each time I try to download it, it shows as "stopped" no matter what I do. I saw that this is an issue from the community with DB and I am not sure how to fix it. The file size is approximately 100GB. I hope that someone from support can help me. I do not believe it is on my end, like a network/internet issue as I have a business account with Comcast and my download speeds are adequate for this type of task. I've tried to use Brave, FF, Chrome and Safari. Each time, it either shows that the download as "stopped" or I am able to download the file but it is empty, or at 0. So what's the magic trick you need to do to download documents from DropBox? Thanks in advance for your help. ErinJob Application cannot be submitted, it scrolls to the top of the page.
Hello, I'm trying to submit the application for the Senior Workday Analyst; however when I click submit it goes top of the page. I tried to clear the cache, and different browsers and OS. I can share my screenshot if you need it. Please let me know!Thank you!Solved77Views0likes7CommentsGetting an error every time I try to download a file from the web using Brave.

(i've turned off brave privacy stuff and adblocker) These errors pop up every time you hit any of the download buttons.69Views0likes10CommentsI can't log in to Dropbox neither with Google sign-in or my email via Firefox; I get an error.
When logging in with my Google account in Firefox, I get an error: "There was a problem completing this request." When I attempt to enter my email address, it says "Invalid email." Yet if I log in with Chrome or a Firefox Private Browsing (Incognito) session, I am able to log in both with my Google SSO as well as my email address and password. In the network tab each time I try to log in, I see a 401 error from the following API endpoint: https://www.dropbox.com/2/account/register_or_sign_in_with_1tap with the following response: { error: { .tag: "invalid_logged_out_cookie" }, error_summary: "invalid_logged_out_cookie" } Investigating this I noticed that while I'm on the login form, my `__Host-logged-out-session` cookie's value is being changed repeatedly after the page loads. This appears to be happening due to background requests being made to endpoints such as: https://www.dropbox.com/jse https://www.dropbox.com/log/blocked https://www.dropbox.com/log/ux_analytics ...which are returning a `Set-Cookie` header containing a different value for this cookie in each request. I don't see this occurring in Chrome or my Firefox Private window. I suspect this is why my cookie value is not being accepted during signin, but I'm not sure what to do about it. I've cleared my cookies for www.dropbox.com as well as in Google which prompted me to log into my Google accounts again. I also logged in on another browser and explicitly terminated all of my active browser sessions, but I am still seeing the same error. Any suggestions for how I can get Dropbox login working in my primary browser again? I've never had this issue before. Thanks!Solved45Views0likes5Comments
