I have many files that are password protected. I have had them for years and have never had trouble accessing them. My password is stored in a password vault, and I have never touched or changed it. Now, every file I try to open says "invalid password," even though I'm copying it from my password vault. This happens on my phone, my Dropbox app on my Mac, and in Dropbox.com in the Safari browser. How can I access my files!!??Solved66Views0likes5CommentsPage isn't loading when opening a file in "Excel for the web" on Safari
Hi - I'm hoping someone can help me. We've been using dropbox for a while and it's been going swimmingly, but in the recent few months there has been a change. When I open an excel document it used to open in 'Excel for the web' and was easily editable, but recently it's stopped loading properly. I'm trying to open it using Safari browser (my friend who is using Microsoft software isn't having the same issue), and now instead of the file loading it looks like this, but never loads: Can anyone help? I've restarted my computer and installed any updates. Many thanks.340Views0likes22CommentsI can't see the full name of my files, even though there's enough space.
Why is the Name column width so small? Even not very long names become unreadable. There's so much space to use from the other columns, which don't really need that much anyway. I have to click each file individually to figure out the full name...32Views0likes3Comments".docx files are supported but something went wrong." error on various browsers

I'm trying to search for a specific file type in one of my online folders so that I can move them all to another folder. When I select the source folder and the wildcard in the search box, the results are showing files in different folders. How can I limit the search to only the folder I've selected?154Views0likes5CommentsWe don't see creation/modification dates for our folders.
Explanation: Why dont we see dates on Folders, this is kinda destroys propper workflow. When i compare files, i need to make sure im using last ones. We can compare this properly offlone. The folder dont show any meta data for modified or created. This issue is visible when online as well in mobile app. Perhaps it's another limitation off free plan? I am not understanding how I can find out details on when a file was created. For example I have uploaded 714 PDF files today to a Folder PDF_11_10. When I look at the folder ALL the files show a modified date of today. Is there a way to get the actual creation date of each file and NOT just upload date. I have followed the instructions for 'file info' on Metadata but no luck. I would appreciate any solutions. Running on WIN11 with Dropbox PRO. Thanks, VicSolved526Views1like12Comments
