Unable to use drag and drop to upload files in browser - have tested both Chrome and Safari, Incognito and normal modes. Both browsers up to date. I receive the following error message: Note - I'm on a Personal account, NOT Business. I also have more than .5 GB of free space still available. This error message is appearing for all files types, including small .pdfs that are not exceeding that amount of free space on my DropBox. My "Camera Uploads" folder only has photos going back one month, plus one short video from last June. However, all the photos from my phone going back years, including the ones taken in the past month, are in the "Photos" tab. This seems odd. Is this how it's supposed to work? I have been using it at work for many years. It's very helpful, but sometimes the upload or download doesn't proceed. At that time, the message "Synchronizing XX files" will be displayed and no progress will be made for several days. If I could figure out which file is taking the time, I could temporarily save it, but I can't do anything about it because I don't know which file is the problem. when im uploading files in bulk form of filling system I have created. Im experiencing a message telling me files have been skipped in the box on the bottom right of the screen. However when I look in the files on Dropbox after the upload has completed. The files it referring to are there and uploaded as needed? This is therefore confusing me thinking the files have not uploaded and been skipped in the process. What does the "skipped" mean? Im concerned there may be files that don't get uploads.
