Microsoft Teams integration loses login connection every other day
The new Microsoft Teams integration is great; we can now open shared links directly on the Desktop via the native app, which is a great time saver. Only bug for the integration is that users have to login to Dropbox via Teams every other day. It loses the login authorization and the 'open file in app' function is then not available anymore. Users need to login everyday in to Dropbox via Teams to make it work again.
I paid for the Plus plan, but I'm still on Basic and I can't link more than 3 devices.
I upgraded my account to dropbox plus 2 days ago, but I still see it as basic. My space usage increased but I can't connect my unlimited devices. I'm still limited to 3 devices. Please find a solution. Even though I paid for the plus subscription with my credit card, my account still appears as basic. My payment transaction also appears in billing. But my account is still basic on all the devices I log in. This problem has seriously shaken my trust in Dropbox.
How can I redeem the 50% Discount for Dropbox Plus with Adobe Creative Cloud?
I have both an Adobe Creative Cloud and aDropbox Plus subscription. I recently saw that I could be saving 50% on my Dropbox Plus sub. It has only recently renewed but as my work situation has changed I need to cut some costs while I seek new work. I want to keep my subscription but want to take advantage of this offer I'm entitled to. Could someone let me know if they've been able to do this? When I click Redeem Offer it says I already have a Dropbox Plus plan. I've been paying for Adobe for 30 years and Dropbox for 15 years. What is Dropbox Analytics?
I have recently had a couple of Emails from Dropbox telling me that the free trial of Dropbox Analytics was about to end and the last one to say that it had ended. I wasn’t even aware that I was on a free trial for this product. It also states that I cannot now add new files to my Dropbox although I can access existing files. I pay annually for Dropbox Plus so why are Dropbox saying that I now can’t add new files?
How can I share my account quota with another user?
I have had a Dropbox Plus account for sometime. I only use a fraction of the space, while my wife has a free account that is nearly full. I would love to share some of my space with her, but seems that is not possible without a family plan. I don’t need more space nor do I need to share with 6 people so it’s crazy to double the price. There seems to be nothing in between Dropbox for one and Dropbox for 6. Is there a solution that I’m not aware of or should I just move on to something else?

Hello. As the headline states, I am a plus customer and would like to activate the possibility to add ai support for third party apps. This, so I can sort all my photos. The language is set to English (US) and I've signed up for beta updates since a long time ago. When in settings, the toggle is still glowing with its abscense though? My goal is to apply some sort of program which helps me sort my thousands and thousands of pictures. This by automated facial recognition. All help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Folder Activity sidebar will not open when using Firefox.
When I click on the gear icon to click on Folder Activity for a folder, the right-side sidebar will not slide open. All the other links in the dropdown menu from the gear icon seem to work, but not Folder Activity. Currently using Dropbox on my Firefox web browser (Mac).
Unable to delete a folder I own. "You don’t have permission to delete files in this folder".
Hi! I'm having difficulty deleting a folder I own. I keep getting an error message "You don’t have permission to delete files in this folder". There are no files in the folder and I have triple checked that I am the owner of the folder. I have also unshared it with any other members.
