Pop-ups in my Basic account keep prompting me to re-subscribe to Plus
Hi, I have been using the Basic Plan for a while now and it has worked well. Recently, I have been getting an annoying popup requesting that I resubscribe to the Plus Plan eventhough I have always been using the Basic Plan. The popup states "Welcome back, Michael! We noticed that your subscription has ended. Resubscribe now to not miss out on advanced productivity features and 2,000 GB or more of space." It shows my current plan as Basic with the 'Current Plan' button greyed out and prompts me to resubscribe to the Plus Plan. The popup is very annoying and interferes with the smooth running of Dropbox. Also, any new items I add, via the browser webpage, do not show up on any device. How can I stop this popup as I want to continue with the basic plan? Regards,
My plan won't upgrade from Basic to Plus... again
I have been billed the 120 euros.. however... no upgrade. The issue was explained here in the past And was apparently solved in ticket #24585069 ... but it was not.. For **bleep**s sake, I am losing patience with this bull**bleep**, and it is really hindering my ability to work efficiently. Can you please just refund my money, as I have given up on this idiotic app. Best, VladFree storage of 30+GB now downgraded completely to 2gb after many years of not using it
Hi, I just checked my dropbox account after more than 4 years and I noticed that my basic account had 30+gb free space before from referrals but now it's reporting 2gb only. I checked my notification and it seems the downgrade started on Dec 2021 onwards. As far as I remember, the referral and other bonuses before should have been permanent. Can anyone from dropbox please revert my storage back? Btw I'm sure im only getting 2gb free now, not just the basic plan but the free storage itself as I'm already getting notification of out of storage
I have nearly 1.5 GB of ghost files taking up my storage space. Where can I find them?
Basic plan, no extras. 2.25GB of storage total. I have 0 bytes in my backups. I have less than 10 folders, and have accounted for every file in every folder and in all sharing areas, to less than a 100 MB at most. And yet DropBox still says that I am using 1.61 GB of storage. Where? I have left every shared folder that was taking up space, and absolutely cannot find what is eating up all this space. Any ideas? Also, why can't we see the size taken up at a folder level? Especially when friends and colleagues are sharing folders for different projects, a way to quickly see exactly how much space everything is using would be a great tool, which shouldn't be hidden behind a paywall.
How to get my files from my old computer to my new one?
I got a new computer. I downloaded dropbox. But it's as if it's a new account. Not asking me to sign in so it can sync all my info. I thought this was the email I used on the other computer but apparently not. If I log out and go to log in, it uses the new info. Not sure how to get all my info from the old computer to this one.
Dropbox app is stuck on "starting" endlessly.
Hello, since Weeks i have the same Problem on my Windows Desktop App. Dropbox ist starting after reboot but it loads endlessly.... nothing happend I tried... Deaktivate Antivirus completley Reboot several Times Reinstall the App 6 times.. Remove all devices in Account but nothing changed... i always have the same bug maybee you have a solution for me...
