One of our team members can’t see the dropbox badge on the right, which means she can’t see if another team member is viewing or editing the file. She is accessing the folder the same way as I am, through the Dropbox menu icon on the top bar. She has always show Dropbox badge selected in Preferences, but it is still not showing. Her spreadsheet is not syncing with one team member but is syncing with another team member. Can anyone help?161Views0likes1CommentDropbox Badge Doesn't show alert if someone viewing/editing file

I just opened an excel workbook and noticed the dropbox badge was in the middle of the screen now. I tried dragging it to the right border where it always has been located but it does not stay when I release the mouse it goes back to the middle of the screen. I checked other workbooks and same issue. Any solution suggestions? Thanks480Views0likes1CommentDropbox badge popup when opening Word doc on Mac
Every time I open a document in MS word on Mac, I get a popup on the right side of the screen telling me about the the wonderful new Dropbox badge. I then have to click "Hide" to get rid to the Dropbox advertisement and get on with my work. Now that I have been told about this about 500 times I am ready for it to stop, but searching for how to do that in Help gives no useful info. Does anyone know how to kill this obnoxious popup? This is really turning me off on Dropbox.822Views0likes1CommentDropbox Badge Immovable on Multi-Screen Mac
I'm running the latest Dropbox, Office 365 and macOS software on a MacBook running its own Retina display and an external monitor. The Dropbox Badge only shows itself on files stored in Dropbox rather than on OneDrive - as you'd expect - but it's currently sitting in Excel at the top left of the Retina display blocking the two window control buttons. The help file suggests you can click and drag it to move it but sadly that is simply not the case. It stubbornly remains in that position.560Views0likes3CommentsCannot Snap Dropbox Badge to Right Side
Hi there, We are wanting to try and snap the Dropbox Badge icon to the right of our Office applications however the icon only manages to snap to the left and top of the window. Is there any setting to allow us to snap it to the right at all? We use a single monitor and have the badge set to always be on.398Views0likes1CommentDropbox Badge - Get Collaborator's Version Automatically
Hi, I have a dropbox account, that I use with my colleague to work on various files. The badge works perfectly and lets me know when a newer version of the file is available when both of us are working at the same time, and either one can get collaborator's version of the file using badge popup. My question is, is there any way of doing it automatically? Without the need to press "Get Latest Version" button on the popup. Like if collaborator saves the file with changes, then instead of the badge asking for "Get Latest Version", the file gets updated automatically?2.3KViews1like5Comments
