I'm paying annually for an Essentials plan with you. Currently, I'm paying over $400 CAD per year. Between your discontinuing Vault and now discontinuing Send & Track, you're removing features that I've paid for and are also features that influenced my decision to go with Dropbox Essentials in the first place. I don't see you offering to reduce the price of my current plan that you're removing features from. In the e-mail I'd gotten about the Send & Track discontinuation, you offered a promo code for 3- months free of DocSend Personal. How nice of you, eh? How nice to offer me 3 months free of a service that I'd already paid for, you took away, and are now forcing me to pay for again to keep using! At the low low price of an additional $120–180+ in addition to the $400+ that I'm already paying you per year. 🤬 Seriously, what is going on with Dropbox as of late‽ Clearly, it's time we all start looking at alternative service.28Views0likes0CommentsNeed to cancel a subscription for an account I can no longer access

I set up my daughter with a $119.99 Dropbox account to store her college files. She graduated and left the university, but she failed to cancel her Dropbox account. The credit card is associated with my account, so I have noted the auto-renewal charge now for two years (it just appeared over the weekend) but my account is not associated with hers. I have tried to contact customer service with Dropbox but have failed to find any way to make contact. I am now working with my credit card company to contact Dropbox to stop the auto-charge. Can someone help me contact Dropbox to stop this annual bill? I am now retired and cannot afford this unneeded expense.13Views0likes1CommentI can't cancel my subscription as I don't have the email address/password.

I can't cancel my subscription plan because the email associated with the account no longer exists, it was an email from my previous job and it's now deleted so I can't sign in and I keep getting charged for the subscription. I filled out a support form while being signed out but as far as I understand they'll try to reach me using the email associated with the account, which doesn't have sense considering the situation. I applied for free for a month today, I canceled the pricing plan, so I came back to Basic right away. According to the regulation, if you signed up with a credit card, it will change to Dropbox Basic pricing plan at the end of the trial period, why did you immediately return to Basic version? Can I use the Professional pricing plan for free for a month again? But my free month was canceled right away. According to the customer center, if you signed up using a credit card, your account will change at the end of the trial period. If you signed up using PayPal, your account will change immediately, and I used a credit card. I applied for a month of free professional pricing plan today, but I canceled it right away, so I couldn't even use it. Hello, I accidentally opened a Dropbox account and used my credit card details for the trial period and then couldn't log in to the Dropbox account to cancel the contract because my email address was switched off by a German operator. Now 199 euros have been debited from my account for a service that I can't access and that I didn't even want in the first place. I had to open a new Dropbox account to send this email and I can also not get in contact with the support.Solved51Views0likes4Comments
