I deleted all files in my personal Dropbox account, then moved a couple gigs of files into it from my work Dropbox account. It took a little while to move the files but has been completed for a couple days but I have a persistent working icon showing and it says "Indexing 4 files...". How do I determine which files it is supposedly still indexing, or if it is just hung up for some reason? I told it to show me any Sync issues and it says I have no sync issues. I have quit/restarted several times. Running Windows10.59Views0likes9CommentsI installed the Dropbox app on Windows 11, but it keeps freezing.
Just installed windows 11 24h2 in my computer and finished all the updates. Proceeded to install dropbox and the installation flows fine but right after setting up the account and selecting the folders to sync the programs stalls. Tried uninstalling, restarting the computer, clearing cache, clearing the register, installing again and the same. Have tried to not change the folders to download, have tried having only online and also in the laptop and it all fails. After a while, in some cases, the app restarts itself and asks me to sign in again and then it's the same issue all over again.78Views0likes8CommentsGetting Dropbox access through Windows 10 File Manager

I use dropbox business for my work and found that when I try to access my dropbox folder or files syned in my pc hdd, it gets significantly slow within certain period of time. I synced dropbox file as offline so all my files saved in local hdd and when I access dropbox files through pc app, it is very slow to move and access among files and folders. I tried to reset the dropbox app and even my pc hundred times but it lasts only few days and gets back to slowness.Solved4.3KViews0likes30CommentsOnline-only not working in Surface Pro 11 (Snapdragon version)
Recently I went back to Dropbox having read that it now works with Snapdragon Windows versions, but currently I have a significant issue. I cannot have any online-only file in my SP11, thus I cannot have all Dropbox files in my device. I have this in the main DP screen: Then I go to "Manage hard disk space", select folders and make online-only. In less than a second I get the message they are online-only, but they aren't. Any idea how to solve this? Thanks in advance.546Views2likes22CommentsThe previews of my camera uploads photos appear smaller on the Windows desktop app.
Hi, Normally when I browse through my camera uploads on my PC, I can see the pictures on the right side of the screen when I push "Example". These pictures are large. Now however I do not see anything at the most of the pictures, and small pictures on others. Dropbox is set to sync pictures so that they are available off line. Can anyoune help solve this? Thanks in advance Regards Esben117Views0likes21CommentsThe shared link URL is different on the website vs the URL from the Windows app
In website the url contains &st=xxxxxx so we can use the link with with dl.dropboxusercontent.com ending with ;raw=1 While the windows app's sharing link doesn't include the &st=xxxxxx hence chaging dl.dropboxusercontent.com ending with ;raw=1 doesn't work.1.7KViews0likes6CommentsSupport online-only files for ARM (Snapdragon) processors
We are currently unable to use Dropbox on Windows Surface Pro Devices with Snapdragon Processors as they do not allow for Online-Only files. This causes the entirety of their files to sync to the device and renders the device unusable as all disk space is consumed.71Views2likes5Comments
