My photos are not importing to Dropbox in order. There is no way to sort them by date created.
I am not storing photos on my computer so I'm only using your website to upload photos from my phone. I imported over 6000 photos last night and they are completely random, no order whatsoever! I want to see them in order of date created, oldest first.
Dropbox icon not displaying current files/folders when clicking on the Dropbox icon in the menu bar
Since the last few days, the Dropbox icon in the menu bar (MacOS) has stopped displaying files and folders. As soon as I type "files or folders" in the search bar, it displays all contents. Any changes I make (add / delete) are reflected when I use the search bar. I've tried various solutions suggested by Dropbox and other posts on the net, including uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works. suddenly I can't open it with error, ''Sorry, something went wrong". Internet connection is fine, dropbox and excel apps has latest version. Sometimes I can open the files but many times failed it. Why? what should I do? My device is android tablet, I bought it in 2023.

Error when viewing .docx file, can't open.
I have this .docx file on dropbox, when I edit it with MS Word it totally normal (pic 1.). But when I preview it with dropbox it automatically arrange my collum width and make it like the (pic 2.) second picture here. Any one can help me with it. My client is working on the Dropbox previewer file only.
