Allow a personal account to have more than 3 TB, or more than 4 TB with the add on
Hello, I'm a graphic designer with over 15 years of workload. This obviously equates to extreme files sizes. I was disappointed to learn Dropbox don't offer a package for single users over 3TB. I work solely and require more cloud space and don't want to have to upgrade to a 'per user' plan as this isn't cost effective. This option has to become available soon.
Allow Dropbox Family plans to add additional storage.
This is an easy money-maker for Dropbox. Right now, for some unknown reason, there's a storage cap for Dropbox Family Plans. Why? Makes no sense. Families grow... and as kids grow up, they have more and more videos to save/share. As such, allow the user to top up and add additional TBs of storage for $x/month. Dropbox created the Family Plan for a reason -- to keep families together and to differentiate it from a Business Plan. I get that. But why put a lid on the Family Plan? Let's families grow. And in the process, make more money this way. As a side note, Microsoft and Google make it super-easy to add additional storage (and charge for it). So Dropbox should make it super-easy for Family Plans to add additional TB of storage.
How to cancel the Seagate Dropbox Backup plan?
I received an email confirming my order, but it doesn't appear to be successfully processed in my account. I wanted to cancel it immediately to avoid being charged after six months in case I forget about the offer, but I couldn't find an option to cancel. Didn't the service say that cancellations could be made at any time?

Hi, I paid for a subscription, but my Dropbox account hasn't been upgraded. I upgraded in my dropbox account so there is no other mail. Also when I did pay, I saw a error massage on the screen. I really need to send files today, so please help me. Because I payed 119,88 euro for nothing
Rekordbox account is now a personal account and I can't access.
Hi. I have had a rekordbox account for a few years now, last year i changed creditcard, and my subscription timed out on AlphaTheta, my Dropbox Team account from Rekordbox became my personal account. I am not able to sign in to the Team account, due to my email is now connected to the personal account. Is there some way i can get back to the RekordBox team account?
I need to sync my paid account to both of my devices.
I have two accounts I think one is a paid subscription and one was a free account. I cannot access my paid account on my computer but can on my iphone. I cannot sync my iphone & computer nor can I download the lost files on my computer. I have repeatedly asked for a customer service phone number and I cannot get it. They are showing I don't have a paid subscription. This is a horrible waste of time. Can anyone give me the phone number to customer service? Imntrying to view my plan on android 14 Samsung S24+ I keep getting this error. When incheck linked device, this same device was link already twice. So unlinoed those. But it still shows the same error. The info it shows is insufficient and not helpful How can I solve this issue?The ability to increase storage on a Family plan.
Our family account is at the maximum 2Tb of storage, however there is no ability to increase that to 3Tb or more..... The point of the Family is about shared cloud storage ( in our case approx 1.2Tb of shared photos/videos etc). Alternatives are either: Individual Dropbox Essential accounts or DropboxProfessional accounts. They both cost about 3x more for what is effectively 1Tb of effective storage more and we loose our sharing capacity. another provider. It's only the hassle factor of spending a few hours sorting that out putting me off, but we're not far off from that point ! Last Request: more and more families are needing more shared capacity. Dropbox needs to provide a 3Tb / 6Tb version of its family accounts. Please let me know if this is coming soon, or I'll have to jump soon thanks!
