Allow Dropbox Family plans to add additional storage.
This is an easy money-maker for Dropbox. Right now, for some unknown reason, there's a storage cap for Dropbox Family Plans. Why? Makes no sense. Families grow... and as kids grow up, they have more and more videos to save/share. As such, allow the user to top up and add additional TBs of storage for $x/month. Dropbox created the Family Plan for a reason -- to keep families together and to differentiate it from a Business Plan. I get that. But why put a lid on the Family Plan? Let's families grow. And in the process, make more money this way. As a side note, Microsoft and Google make it super-easy to add additional storage (and charge for it). So Dropbox should make it super-easy for Family Plans to add additional TB of storage.
I have a Basic plan, but got an email that my Dropbox Essentials plan is about to renew
Since there is no actual DropBox Support, I am asking this here. I received an email today telling me that "Your DropBox Essentials Subscription is about to Renewā, but I only have DropBox Basic (free). I didn't sign up for "DropBox Essentials". It also said: >>> A detailed summary of your transactions with Dropbox can be found on your payments page, where you can view, download, and print your invoice.>>> I clicked through using that link and there is no billing and no subscription renewal about to take place. I don't want to get charged for "DropBox Essentials" whatever that is. Is that just a catchall phrase for all DropBox products? I tried to look it up on a search to no avail. Thanks in advance.
Allow a personal account to have more than 3 TB, or more than 4 TB with the add on
Hello, I'm a graphic designer with over 15 years of workload. This obviously equates to extreme files sizes. I was disappointed to learn Dropbox don't offer a package for single users over 3TB. I work solely and require more cloud space and don't want to have to upgrade to a 'per user' plan as this isn't cost effective. This option has to become available soon.
How to cancel the Seagate Dropbox Backup plan?
I received an email confirming my order, but it doesn't appear to be successfully processed in my account. I wanted to cancel it immediately to avoid being charged after six months in case I forget about the offer, but I couldn't find an option to cancel. Didn't the service say that cancellations could be made at any time?

Hi, I paid for a subscription, but my Dropbox account hasn't been upgraded. I upgraded in my dropbox account so there is no other mail. Also when I did pay, I saw a error massage on the screen. I really need to send files today, so please help me. Because I payed 119,88 euro for nothing
Rekordbox account is now a personal account and I can't access.
Hi. I have had a rekordbox account for a few years now, last year i changed creditcard, and my subscription timed out on AlphaTheta, my Dropbox Team account from Rekordbox became my personal account. I am not able to sign in to the Team account, due to my email is now connected to the personal account. Is there some way i can get back to the RekordBox team account?
I need to sync my paid account to both of my devices.
I have two accounts I think one is a paid subscription and one was a free account. I cannot access my paid account on my computer but can on my iphone. I cannot sync my iphone & computer nor can I download the lost files on my computer. I have repeatedly asked for a customer service phone number and I cannot get it. They are showing I don't have a paid subscription. This is a horrible waste of time. Can anyone give me the phone number to customer service? Thanks
