We've just started getting a "failed fetching latest photos" on our Android Samsung Folds. What's somewhat strange is that the photos do appear in the web and also in our Mac app "Camera Uploads" folder. We'd always assumed that photos had to be captured first on our phones and then transferred ... but apparently the Android app is independent of actual camera uploads. Hopefully someone can help or reassure us that we're not the only ones with this minor but somewhat aggravating problem. We want to be able to see all our photos on our phones in Dropbox, too.Solved45Views0likes5CommentsAll photos from 2010 on are gone
My music disappeared and all photos from 2010 on. Yes I had them on an external backup drive, and all I saw were picture icons with a gray X. Now even those are gone. The names of the photo folders and files are there, but now they all say file size 0 and they are totally gone.Solved52Views0likes6CommentsI can't paste the screenshots I capture on Windows

You can send files up to 250 GB - yes, that’s GB, not MB. Plus, you get to see who’s opened the file, so no more “Oh, I never got it!” excuses from clients 😉. And here’s the best part, they don’t even need a Dropbox account to access it. Just send the link, sit back, and wait for the compliments (or minor tweak requests, of course). Large Files, Tiny Downloads (Because Who Has All Day?) Let’s talk downloads. Sure, you love working with high-res photos, but do you love waiting for them to download while your coffee goes cold? Probably not. Dropbox lets you convert those enormous image files into smaller, preview-friendly versions 🤗. Got a RAW photo that’s the size of a small mountain? There is no way to sort them by date created.
I am not storing photos on my computer so I'm only using your website to upload photos from my phone. I imported over 6000 photos last night and they are completely random, no order whatsoever! I want to see them in order of date created, oldest first.83Views1like9Comments
