Dropbox needs to start emailing monthly subscribers our receipts each month. Instead of making us retrieve them from inside Dropbox. I’m sure many of us need the receipts to file away for our expenses. Hello, I've had my current Dropbox account for over 10+ years, but before I made this one I also had another Dropbox account. I've tried to log in with all the email addresses I know of but I still haven't managed to find this one. The only thing I do have, is the User ID from sharing a public image many years ago, the image link no longer works but I do have the URL which contains the User ID in the form of: dropbox.com/u/XXXXXXX/image-name.png Is there anything I can do to locate the email address associated with this Dropbox account? I have had to use an alternative email to use dropbox. For some reason it appears that my email address [email removed as per Community Guidelines] is on some sort of black list because I cannot use it to create an account, reset a password, or receive emails via DropboxSign that are sent to me from other companies. This has been going on for quite some time and I need help from an actual human being. Yes I have tried everything... I never receive and reset emails or anything from dropbox. When I try to set up a new account it says that email is already in use. When I try to reset my password the email to that account never arrives. Yes I checked my junk mail etc... I'm currently trying to sign a document initiated from a third party that they are sending to the email above via DropboxSign and I am not receiving it. Personally I stopped using that email for dropbox and switched to a similar but different email that works for the same domain... so it is not a domain thing.... nor is it a junk mail issue. Hello, I would like to bring to your attention that our clients are frequently receiving Dropbox emails that appear to be from "our employees." The domain is legitimate, as it is no-reply@dropbox.com; however, these Dropbox links contain malicious files. It seems that scammers are utilizing your platform to generate phishing emails that are sent directly from Dropbox, impersonating users within our company. I have set up the option to email attachments to my Dropbox folder and have tried several times and from different email addresses but nothing is ever showing up in the designated Dropbox folder. So I have an old email that has expired. I didn't even know that my associated Dropbox account was still active, but it apparently is because I have a charge on my credit card for the $119 renewal fee. That's a lot of money for something I can't even use, much less want at this time! Pulling out my hair because I have no way to sign in and no way to get a refund. It is ridiculous that there is no way to talk to an actual person to resolve these issues! I looked at the support page for billing and there was nothing that I could find regarding this particular issue. I opened a trial account using my new work email, however, they already had a DB business account and I wasn't made aware of that. So we cancelled the trial account, deleted the account and I am now trying to change the existing email to my new business email in my work's existing profile. I have successfully added it but I cannot verify. I have had DB Support trying to help. I have tried all the different browsers, used an incognito window, tried on my iPhone, tried a totally different computer - NOTHING!! I constantly get an Error (500) - Something went wrong. Don't worry, your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified. I have cleared history, cleared cache, done all the steps Support advised except send them a recording which my work will not authorize. This is extremely frustrating.
