My Excel updates are missing and, after sharing a link, it redirects users to the wrong folder.
24hrs ago i was working on my excel sheet which i saved. I created a new folder also and moved some documents in the folder. 24hrs later. i go on another of my devices and those new documents and last version of my excel sheet is nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, my dropbox icon shows i am up to date!! The worst that happened an hour ago, i created a link to a new folder that had documents to share to a group and the group members instead are having access to another folder totally not related! Everything is looking like its a film trick going on! Kindly inform if there is an ongoing issue?
Edit Markdown files (.MD) in a web browser
Hi, Right now you can edit Markdown (.md) files from Android devices, but you can't edit them online (via a browser). Please add this feature. I'd be happy if you treated just like a .txt file with no extra formatting. I think this would be a simple task for the dev team.I can't edit my Paper docs after migration. Any ideas?
I love Paper application, because is lite easy to use and verry fast to search in it .... but starting yesterday, i found all my papers moved inside dropbox in a folder called "Migrated Papers Docs" and now I saw that I am not able to edit it any more and the search is working only for title not for the content or at least is not so sharp like was 2 days ago. Do you have any ideea?
I can't open my Excel files online. The website keeps loading and freezes.
Hi, I can't open my Excel files any more. Normaly I open them with the Excel for the Web option and work in them. Now it keeps on loading (right under in the screencorner) but it freezes/doesn't open. Has anybody an idea how to solve this?Add a "view/edit as text file" option for no extension text files.
My OS (Linux) defaults to no extension for simple text files. On the Dropbox application for my Android phone, when such a file is selected, a "view as text file" option is offered. There is no such option for Dropbox on my laptop in the Firefox browser. Please add a "view/edit as text file" option for files uploaded to Dropbox that have no extension when such a file is encountered using the Dropbox web page.
