Unable to delete account
I am unable to delete my Dropbox account. created the account with my Apple ID and private relay for email. when trying to delete from the app, I got an error saying “something went wrong, an unknown error occurred” trying to delete from chrome and safari, it first made me create a password and then once created and attempting the deletion of the account, it downloads a 0 byte file called “post_delete”…. does anyone have guidance?

I'm getting an error when trying to leave from Dropbox Team.
Hello, I have been under a Dropbox team account and recently, the admin stopped paying, leaving me unable to edit my files. The account is in a locked state, and according to that being the case, I can leave the team by going to dropbox.com/team/leavewithout needing the admin. I click leave team and log out, but I get the loading wheel and then this error: I still receive an email saying I have left the team, but it still shows the team folder and says I am still a member after refreshing. I started a free trial for Dropbox business, and realized I had started the wrong account. I have tried to delete it so that I am not charged the large fee, but am unsure if I have been successful. I cannot find any support contact information to ensure I canceled correctly, and my PayPal account is still linked to my account. It will not allow me to delete my PayPal account. On my profile it states that I only have a basic plan, but I continue to receive emails regarding the business account, and want to ensure, before I am charged that my business account was successfully deactivated. How can I use my previous email for a new account?
Hello, I started with a new company a few weeks ago and I was given a work email to sign up for Dropbox. But me being stupid, I signed up for the wrong type of dropbox account. So I went ahead and disabled it on my own. Now I want to create a personal dropbox account with that same work email that I accidentally used to make a business account with that is now disabled. But it won't let me sign up for a new account as it keeps directing me to log in to the disabled account. How can I make a new account then with my work email? I really could use some help in this manner. Thanks.
Lost my account and files
I was trying to log in yesterday through mobile app but I was directed to sign up. I tried reseting my password instead. After successfully resetting my password, it turned out to be a new account with welcome message and product tour. All my information details, profile photo are gone and plans was back into 2gb storage and all my stored files was gone. Empty account! I didn't receive any email notification from Dropbox prior this incident.
I want to access my paid plan, but I get redirected to my free Basic account instead.
Hello everyone, sadly I had to come her for help with a simple task. I had a free account for a while using a gmail username, but I upgraded last year to Dropbox+ using a different email username. However the free account seems to take over when I sign in and I need to delete it, but reading Dropbox instructions I will lose all my files and folders. My question is will I lose everything by deleting the original free 2GB account? Thanks in anticpatioin!
