Plugging in my phone to my computer uploads duplicate Camera Uploads files
Hello all, sorry if it exist already (did not find the response to this): I use my iPhone SE (2) app to automatically do the camera upload, which works fine to get the media on the dropbox. But, sometimes I plug in my phone (MacOS catalina, maybe also with Windows 10) to charge and dropbox copies all media again as dublicates. The photos were not edited in any way. Anything I can do to prevent this?

Bonjour Tout semble vide sur mon dropbox quand je regarde sur l'arborescence des fichiers sur mon ordi : Meme chose sur mon iphone : Pourtant, sur mon téléphone, impossible de transférer parce que ca me dit que dropbox est plein : Du coup, impossible de faire une sauvegarde de mes photos. Je viens de changer de téléphone. Est ce que cela aurait un rapport ? Merci à tous
Where is the camera uploads setting to change .heic to .jpg on iOS?
I have been using Dropbox for a long time. It worked I never had to change anything from my initial setup. On going from Windows 10 to 11 my camera uploads changed from .jpg to .heic. Most of my use for Dropbox is uploading photos from my iPhone. I have searched through the setting menus on the Desktop App, the taskbar as Dropbox is always open and the web. I can't find the thing. Can I upload whole albums and preserve the names?
Hi! I recently switched to iPhone and was unable to transfer photos from my Android to my new phone, hence why I’m here. I need a good place to store all my photos so that they are easily accessible on all devices. I have my photos VERY organized on my Android and was wondering if I could transfer them to Dropbox and KEEP THEM IN THE ALBUMS they are currently in… It seems they are simply coming over one by one out of the albums. This is extremely frustrating. Especially because I’m dealing with iPhones idiotic idea of phone storage (you move a photo to an album and it STAYS in the camera roll!! It just becomes a copy-I don’t want it in 2 places. I need it organized and in ONE. Anyway…) Any way to do this?
