I am trying to pay for a monthly subscription. I solved the first captcha (I saw the message that I had proved I was a human), and then was faced with more captchas, over and over and over! I know I have the answers correct, and even get a message saying something like "You can continue with what you were doing..." then another captcha comes up! What gives? I was recently made the Team Admin for our account. Our autopay credit card needs to be updated but "billing" does not show up as an option. How do I get this changed before the card expires and we lose service. Since there is no actual DropBox Support, I am asking this here. I received an email today telling me that "Your DropBox Essentials Subscription is about to Renew”, but I only have DropBox Basic (free). I didn't sign up for "DropBox Essentials". It also said: >>> A detailed summary of your transactions with Dropbox can be found on your payments page, where you can view, download, and print your invoice.>>> I clicked through using that link and there is no billing and no subscription renewal about to take place. I don't want to get charged for "DropBox Essentials" whatever that is. Is that just a catchall phrase for all DropBox products? I tried to look it up on a search to no avail. I last used Dropbox maybe 10 years ago. I thought I canceled at the time. I've still been getting charged and haven't been angry because I thought maybe my kids were using it for school. But they say they don't. So either I never canceled before, or maybe its a fraudulent charge. Either way I want to cancel. But I can't log in because I don't know what email address is being used. I no longer work at the same place I did when I signed up. I'm only able to post here because I signed up for a new account today to do this. I tried to use the charge lookup tool, but it keeps asking me to input the correct info and I definitely am entering the correct info. I do not have the money to pay an annual bill. All i can afford is one month - help docs for Dropbox say to go to subscriptions, then "change billing period" This section does not exist. I cannot add a new card because you already have all my cards. I DO NOT have the money to pay £95 no matter how many times you try and charge me. Firstly, I had the free trial which was somehow cancelled and I was billed $15.99 for the month. I was frustrated that I was charged but I let it slide for this one month. Thereafter, I cancelled the plan but again, I was billed $15.99. I cancelled the plan AGAIN, but now I have no access to Dropbox Email Support because my plan is back down to basic. So what am I supposed to do? I have screenshots of the emails I received of plan cancellation last month, as well as emails of being charged for this month. Hi, I've been charged 9.99 for a couple of years now to my credit card and the transaction has no details apart from 9.99 a month from drop box. I can't seem to find where to talk to an actual person on the site apart from chat bots. There is no payment history on my billing so must be another account set up along time ago. Please help.
