10 years of files are gone, after joining a Team.
I have used Dropbox for 10 years with company backups etc. recently someone added my email to their team so I could access their files too - but then they deleted me when the job was over and my entire Dropbox is gone. My account is even gone as when I logged in, it made me re-register. I have all my company accounts, tax files, 10 years of backups etc. I need them back. If I am audited I am totally screwed. When they added me to their team, there was still a folder called ‘Renaes files’ that had all of my personal stuff and the company one was separate. How did they delete my files? Where would they be?
After formatting my computer I cannot access my files.
I formatted my computer. Then I re-installed Dropbox. I got a message that I must pay for extra space, which I did, but now I cannot access my files and don't find a way to load them or see them online. They dissapeared also from my phone. I do see the additional space I payed for. Please help, anyone
My email address is no longer active, so I can't login to Dropbox
Hi, the email that was used to setup my dropbox account is no longer active. I am therefore unable to access my account. I need to access so that I can update the email to my new email. I pay for my subscription. I am at a loss on how to contact Dropbox to help me.
I saw this message "Please enter access code for this version of Dropbox", but now it's gone.
I'm recently switching over from another cloud platform, and when I just clicked to use it for personal on the free plan it said 'Please enter access code for this version of Dropbox' It only popped up for a second, does anyone know what this is and if I have to be worried about it? Thanks!
Linked accounts when using the desktop app. Is it possible?
I am a consultant working with multiple businesses. I recently added a new customer, and they added me to their Dropbox. When I set it up, Dropbox linked my previous account onto my new account, meaning I can see the previous account's files when I log into the new account, but I cannot see the new account's files from the previous account's login. But what I need is to add the new account onto the previous login so I can access both accounts from my desktop app. Please help!

Hi Guys, I had an old account user with Drpbox (since 2010)! In this year i have changed my ISP from Fastweb to Vodafone. My fastweb mail (the Dropbox user account) it's EXPIRED!!! In addition, So that I don't miss anything, i have changed my phone and i can't do the recovery hardware procedure! So i have lost my spaces! Someone can help me to move my data from the old account ziny**fas**.it to the new one? Thanks
