I have a need to identify the Dropbox instance. Is there a unique way to identify that, something similar to org id in salesforce. company has a dropbox instance and it also has different subsidaries which have their own dropbox instance. Need to be able to identify 1 dropbox instance from the other. what field should I use to distinguish the same?
I'm getting an error when trying to leave from Dropbox Team.
Hello, I have been under a Dropbox team account and recently, the admin stopped paying, leaving me unable to edit my files. The account is in a locked state, and according to that being the case, I can leave the team by going to dropbox.com/team/leavewithout needing the admin. I click leave team and log out, but I get the loading wheel and then this error: I still receive an email saying I have left the team, but it still shows the team folder and says I am still a member after refreshing. Please help! Thank you
How can I use my previous email for a new account?
Hello, I started with a new company a few weeks ago and I was given a work email to sign up for Dropbox. But me being stupid, I signed up for the wrong type of dropbox account. So I went ahead and disabled it on my own. Now I want to create a personal dropbox account with that same work email that I accidentally used to make a business account with that is now disabled. But it won't let me sign up for a new account as it keeps directing me to log in to the disabled account. How can I make a new account then with my work email? I really could use some help in this manner. Thanks.
