I bought the Family Monthly plan via de Play Store and I want to upgrade to an Annual subcription yet the app doesn't let me do it? I read that the "family" plan is not supported via Play Store but how is so, i was able to bought it via the Play Store as Monthly (and also Yearly but I choose first to try it out) but now i am unable to upgrade my plan to an annual basis.29Views0likes4CommentsAllow us to pair more than 1 personal with 1 team account.
Allow us to sync more than 1 business accounts. is there a reason to have a limit of 1 personal and 1 business account? surely it's just folders at the end of the day, and if i wanted to pay for multiple accounts, why are you stopping me?13Views0likes1Comment"cf.dropboxpayments.com refused to connect." - I can't upgrade my account.
I am trying to upgrade my account, but I'm getting an error when I choose credit card that states "cf.dropboxpayments.com refused to connect." Since I do not have a paid account yet, I cannot talk to a live customer service person. Any thoughts on how to make a payment? I do not have paypal.518Views0likes5CommentsPersonal plans with more storage
Hi! I used to have a paid personal Dropbox account, until I outgrew the 3TB of storage space. I downgraded to a free Dropbox account and started storing my files with a different provider. As a renewal of my subscription with this other provider is coming up mid-June, I was wondering if you are planning on implementing larger personal plans in the future? Ideally I'd love a package that has somewhere between 6 to 8TB. Switching to a professional account is not an option, because: - I already use a professional account from the company I work for, you can only use 1 personal and 1 professional account in the Dropbox software at the same time, and I don't want to upload my personal files to my company's account - a professional account requires several licenses (3, I believe), while I only need 1 Therefore, I would like to suggest to implement the option to purchase a larger personal plan with more storage space than the current 3TB (of course the plan with 3TB should still exist for users who don't need more than 3TB).20KViews73likes94CommentsMy Basic account is saying I'm over quota, but I'm not, why?
Hi I have a Basic account and am getting notified via a bar at the top of most windows, in the browser version of my account, that "You’re almost out of space! Upgrade to get 2 TB (2,000 GB) or more of space and safely share your content". Clearly, my account can be upgraded from the Basic 2GB limit to 2TB but I am currently almost out of storage I won't be doing this as I will clear the excess down to my NAS by my curiosity was piqued.... When I go to the "Plans" page the message above the plans options also notes "Your account is running out of storage!" and within the Basic plan box notes that I'm "Using 4.96 GB of 2 GB space" So, I'm not nearly out of storage but to my mind I am 150% beyond the permitted maximum for this Basic account. I now select to view my profile and see that under my username are two messages stating that I am "Using 4.96 GB of 5.75 GB storage" and "Upgrade soon to get more space" So option three is that I'm almost at max storage but am still under, again but this time my basic account permits 5.75GB and I have approx 15% headspace remaining. What is going on here? 😀 Is this because my account was created years ago and that the account limit was previously 5GB and reduced to 2GB at some time in the past? Is it possible some people might be being charged for a service that they needn't be paying for (remember messages state that I am almost out of storage, and there is no message noting that I am beyond capacity)27Views0likes1CommentMy plan won't update from Basic to Plus
I tried to make an upgrade for my plan to Plus, the credit card app had an issue and now my account is stuck believing that I am on a Plus subscription, and I cannot do anything. It gives me errors when I try to change the plan, or upgrade, or anything. My plan however is not on Plus, it is still basic. No charges were made on my credit card. The upgrade to Plus option is greyed out. The other two, do not work, I get this error "Sorry, there was a problem loading this experience." This is a very frustrating issue, and the fact that no customer support is available, even for an issue where I am trying to make an actual purchase is infuriating. I would 100% give up on this app if I didn't have so many files and integrations with it already.32Views0likes10Comments
