By mistake, I just unshared a folder where I was the owner and the folder disappeared from my Dropbox Business account. The folder's name is CMaluk...it appears faded when I try to see it again online. Our organization (Dropbox Advanced) recently was migrated to the Dropbox "team space" file system model. I have encountered no unexpected behavior with interacting with my files in macOS Finder or Windows Explorer in the usual way. However, I occasionally will use the Adobe + Dropbox integration to access PDFs in my Dropbox folders directly inside Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader, both in macOS and in Windows. After we were migrated, theAdobe + Dropbox integration (under "Other file storage" in the Acrobat sidebar) only seems to be able to access my personal folder within my Dropbox ("/[FullName]"), not the top level ("/"). Furthermore, the file storage label under "Other file storage" in the Acrobat sidebar is still "Dropbox ([OrgName])" instead of the new "[OrgName] Dropbox" as it it labeled in macOS Finder and Windows Explorer. I have disconnected and reconnected the Adobe + Dropbox integration inside Acrobat in both macOS and Windows, and the behavior is the same; no access to the top level. Acrobat is up to date in all cases. Is this a situation where Adobe has not updated their macOS and Windows Acrobats to accommodate these changes? My iOS Adobe Acrobat works just fine with the team space model, with appropriate and expected access to the top level of files. TIA, Joe1.1KViews0likes5CommentsI'm unable to move a folder back to the team space from my personal folder
I saw a question like this in the forum, but the instructions don't seem to apply to me. I noticed that a folder my whole team has access to is now in my personal folder within the team/business Dropbox account. People still have access, but it is in the wrong place. I assume I accidentally dragged it in there. The instructions I've found say I should be able to hover over the folder, see the 3 dots, and select "move," but "move" is not an option that comes up when I do that. When I try to copy or drag the folder out of my personal folder to the main team folder, the message says I can't do that, because I need special permission. I am the account admin (business owner), so it seems like I should have permission to do anything, but apparently I don't. What steps can I take?2.1KViews0likes18CommentsThe personal team member folder doesn't sync on a computer and I can't remove it either.
Hi, In my team we share a common Folder, and I really don't need this 'Personal folder' that appeared after an update. Also it is weird as there is nothing in it, but an infinite arborescence of a folder with my name. On my computer i can put it in 'Online only', but i'm logged into another common computer and there it seems to never stop syncing. I cannot disable with selective sync, nor delete the folder. How can I get rid of this bug ?Solved238Views0likes4CommentsMy account has been deleted because i joined another Dropbox team by mistake.

Hello, A few years ago, I used my university's email to create a DropBox account to access a Team folder, which has a lot of data. I also created other folders containing a large amount of data and used my university email account for people to share their work folders with me. So now, there are a lot of files with important work data. I received notification yesterday that the main workgroup is in a locked state and will be deleted. I would like to use my university email, but pay for my access to keep the other folders that are not related to the originalTeam folder. I created a personal "fee" account (with my personal email) to link my work DropBox email, however I want to pay for more storage space in my work email DropBox account. How do I do this? I am not an administrator for my workgroup. I just read the DropBox team responses to another person's problem with storage. Does the administrator have to make my account using my university email a personal account, so that I can pay for additional storage?158Views0likes1CommentTeam members seem to be using 0B, even though they access content larger than that.
Hi i have a subscription for my users on dropbox. They are able to upload and download files how ever their usage still reads 0 bytes. Why would that be so? and at what point do we see a change in usage size?1.9KViews0likes14CommentsI joined a team and now my plan has been cancelled. How can I go back to a personal account again?
