I have a need to identify the Dropbox instance. Is there a unique way to identify that, something similar to org id in salesforce. company has a dropbox instance and it also has different subsidaries which have their own dropbox instance. Hi Team, I created a Plus account with my Apple ID, I used hide my mail option so I got a relay alias (I renamed the default given name). Since I noticed that verification email is not being sent to my primary mail, I checked Apple ID setting for Dropbox and to my surprise Apple has registered different address than the one in Dropbox account. It is not possible to update relay address on Apple site and the Dropbox chat support said via chat that they cannot update on their site, I was left in a limbo. Dear Dropbox Support Team, I am writing to report a critical issue with my Dropbox account that has resulted in significant data loss and access problems. Sign-In Issues: I was unable to sign in to my account using the standard login method. Each time I attempted, I received an error message stating, "Can't sign in, try later." When I tried the "Forget Password" option, I encountered another error, making it impossible to reset my password. Google Sign-In and Missing Files: Out of necessity, I used Google Sign-In to access my account. However, upon logging in, all my files were missing. Previously, I had a Dropbox Plus account with 2TB of storage, and approximately 1TB of my data was stored on the platform. Dear DropBox Staff. I have a very serious problem. My work email address was deleted, and all email addresses from the organization I worked for were deleted. That is the email address where the verification code is being sent in order for me to log in into my DropBox Plus account. So I cannot access my DropBox Plus account anymore. I don't find any email in the FAQ, the online chat cannot help me either. I don't find any phone number where I can call and ask for help. Yesterday, my time from 8:00, my computer was encrypted. I have two files on DropBox that I cannot function without. I remember the password to DropBox (the account was created around 2009). Unfortunately, for some time DropBox has introduced that in order to get to the account, you have to enter a code that was sent to the email. The email account was also created around 2009 and since then I have never logged in again (I am not sure about the password to the email). It seems that the email account has been disabled due to the lack of login. I wrote to the provovedar but contact with the service is difficult. How can I download two files from my account. I know their name, date. I have access to all files but they are encrypted. One folder was shared with another user but these two files that are important to me are not there. I've had a free Dropbox account for years. I continually get reminders that my storage space is maxed out and I need to upgrade. I've checked my photos to ensure they are still around.
