The middle mouse button scroll isn't working in the File section of Dropbox.
Scenario: Android Samsung S8 Tab in DEX with mouse. Middle button scroll works perfectly anywhere but in the file section of Dropbox. In Home, Photo and account section of dropbox the middle mouse button scrolling works. In file section it is not. Seems like a bug to us. Any take?
Updated iPad to latest OS version and can't access my files now
I updated my ipad to the latest iOS and now I can't access any files on my dropbox on my ipad. The list of files in the folders updates, but none of the files will open. I occasionally get an SSL error message, but not always, but I have no other internet issues, so I think it's a server issue?
Install Dropbox on latest Kindle Fire Max 11 tablet?
I have the Dropbox app on my previous tablet, the Fire HD 10. At one time Dropbox was in the Amazon app store (analogous to Google Play store). It's not there any more. The Kindle is an Android device, but Google Play apps can't reliably be installed. I assumed I'd be able to install Dropbox on the newest Fire tablet. Not so. I spent an hour on the phone this afternoon with an Amazon CSR who ultimately told me that if an app isn't in the Amazon app store, you can't install it. Even though the Dropbox app is in my Amazon app library, I still can't download/install it on the new tablet. But I wouldn't expect him to know of a secret way to do it, or if he did know, to tell me. I can log in to Dropbox.com on the Kindle's Silk browser, but when I try to open a "paper," I get a message to download the app. 🙄 Yeah, that's what I'd like to do. I do have a Dropbox Plus paid subscription. It would be great if I could somehow transfer the app from my older Kindle to the new one. Can anyone help?Can I change the PDF viewer in the Dropbox app on iPad?
Is there a way to change/extend the PDF viewer in the Dropbox App for the iPad? When I click on "Open in" in a PDF, it only shows the option of Adobe, but I use want to use the Xodo app. Even when I uninstall Adobe it wants me to install it or won’t open the PDF on the tablet. I have tried installing other PDF readers and none will show up in the list to open the files When I open the files from Xodo directly, I keep creating conflicting copies or it won’t save the changes I have made.
Is it possible to have multiple Dropbox windows open on iPad Stage Manager at same time?
I am wanting to open multiple Dropbox windows on Ipad Stage manager at the same time. I often have multiple documents stored in Dropbox that I want to have open at the same time. Not sure if there is a workaround for this or something that might be available in the future? Thanks
I'm having issues locating Dropbox as a path when accessing the Numbers & Files app on my iPad.
I’ve followed some other threads on this issue, but have not had success with the potential solutions offered there. I also didn’t see anything very recent, so figured I’d start a new thread. I seem to be having some issues with Dropbox integration with native iPad apps. My specific example: I can open an Excel file through the Dropbox app, but when I tried to use the Numbers app to access the file, I don’t see Dropbox as an option for file location. I also don’t see Dropbox as an option in Files or Excel. I have deleted and reinstalled Dropbox, restarted the iPad multiple times and ensured all apps have been updated, but to no avail. Any assistance is appreciated.App sidebar gone out of the blue on Android?
Why did my Dropbox Android app sidebar disappear literally while I was editing a document and how do I get it back? I tried dragging from the left side, closing and reopening the app, no sidebar. It was there literally moments ago, and Google Play says the app hasn't updated in 4 days. 😕
