My files in one of my folders have errors all of a sudden showing the message, ".pdf files are supported but something went wrong." How do I fix this?

Hey @Ric23, sorry to hear about this.

Can you please clarify if you're seeing this in the Dropbox mobile app or in the Dropbox website?

Do they files open normally when you download them and preview them locally on your machine?

If you could also send us a screenshot of the exact error you're seeing, it'd be very helpful.

Thanks!

Hi @Ric23,

Thanks for visiting the Dropbox Community. I hope you are having a good day, I just wanted to follow up with you here to see if you are still having the same issue when trying to view your .pdf files. If so, it would be great if you could answer the questions Walter has asked and send us the screenshot and we'll try our best to find a solution for you.

Thanks again, and have a great day.

Graham
