I am encountering an issue when attempting to upload video links to Dropbox Paper. While image uploads appear to be successful, the images themselves are not displaying. Instead, a "Dropbox refused to connect" icon is shown. This problem also affects Paper documents created several months ago, which previously displayed images without issue. This issue occurred once before, a few months ago, and was promptly resolved by your team. Due to the urgency of the situation, I have attempted several troubleshooting steps: I am using Google Chrome and have tried restarting the browser and my computer, logging out of Dropbox and signing back in, and disabling a few Chrome extensions that seemed unrelated (based on a suggestion I found online). Furthermore, this problem is not isolated to my device alone; it is affecting our entire team, across both PC and Mac platforms.

As you've already tried the troubleshooting steps I would suggest, I'd recommend contacting our support team for them to investigate this in more detail on their end.
