impossible to export data

Hello, I have an old basic version of dropbox where I have 6.53G of data. I would like to save this data on my hard drive and I can't. Thank you in advance for your assistance. ...

Can you please let us know some additional information about the issue you're having so that we can assist further?

 

For example, what are the steps you take to do this? Are you getting any particular errors? What is your device's OS?

    Thank you for your help.
    I have an old version of dropbox - dropbox basic - with 6.53G of data. I am under Ubuntu. I don't see how to export my data to a hard drive. I can take a screenshot if necessary.

      Are you not able to log into your account through a web browser and download your files from there Jose3333?
