I am trying to download a file from an email and dropbox iis telling me I have limited space.  I still have

plenty of space.  The only option it's giving is to upgrade, whcih I'm not going to do.  Now what?  I

need the file.  Don't want to be bullied into an upgrade.  What are my options?

Hey @bush32alex, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you please send us a screenshot of the message you're getting and clarify the size of the file and what's shown in your plan tab in regards to your quota?

This will help us assist further.
