Zip files getting corrupted by Dropbox
So I uploaded the same exact zip file to Dropbox and Mega. Then copy the links from each and download the zip files. The Dropbox one extracts and renames the folder for some reason with a "- 0" at the end and erases half of the folder name. Running the program inside the extracted folder fails. The Mega one downloads normal and runs normal. This sucks and makes no since why the same zip file would act differently from two different places.
Some notes:
I am on Mac Ventura
The zip file size is 18 gigs
I am on an M1 Mac
Those are about the only things that could be an issue I guess? Does not make since how the contents of my Zip file are getting altered though.
Thanks in advance,
Russell

Hi betazero, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Have you tried using a different browser to download the file to see if this helps?
Keep me updated with any progress!
- Chrome for mega because it won’t work with safari over 2gigs. I think it was safari for Dropbox. I will test it with chrome to see if it’s browser related.
- I am having the same issue with a zip file of a macos app. Copy/paste the zip from a mounted dropbox folder and the app is fine. If I download the zip from a dropbox link, the app is corrupt.
