Very slow visualisation of photos/movies on Dropbox

Hello,
Both in the dropbox app and on my PC, it is extremely slow to see my files (mainly photos).
This makes me consider looking for another provider as I want to be able to browse my photos more smoothly.
Now all the images/movies are on dropbox, but I can't really do anything with them because searching the folders is so slow. It takes a very long time for a photo to open each time.

Does anyone recognise this, or can someone help me solve this problem? Thank you very much!

    Could you clarify what you mean by the Dropbox app? Is this the website or the mobile app you're referring to?
