I'm sending a PNG file (transparent background) with my signature, but dropbox is disregarding the transparency of the file
Hey @Paulo Cotta - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too?
Also, did you try clearing your browser's cache or using another browser since you first noticed this?

See that it wasn't like a transparent background. He highlighted that the image is in PNG with a transparent background.

_In the Edge browser the behavior is the same
