Previewing file throws error

Hi, I've tried opening an Excel file from a shared folder in Dropbox and getting the error stating the file is too large to open and options available are download a copy, move to dropbox. and the file which I am trying to open is 40MB. could anyone help me!?

    The file is likely just over 40MB, and 40MB is the limit for previewing Excel files.
