People on Etsy can’t download my Dropbox link? Anymore?

Is anyone having trouble with people being able to download their files?

I set up a link to my art files, So customers can buy my prints off Etsy. But the link doesn’t take them to the Dropbox files?

can anyone recommend anything.

    What link are you referring to? Is this a shared link to a file or folder on your account?

     

    What error are you getting specifically when you access the link from an incognito/private browsing window?
