It doesn't download videos from Dropbox to my device.
- 8 years agoThe Dropbox app uses the viewers that are built-in to your device's operating system. In other words, your device needs to be capable of playing them. If it can't, then Dropbox can't. You'll need to find an application that is capable of playing the files, and then use it to open them.
