I've noticed that the default image viewer setting has changed to 100% zoom recently, and I rely heavily on presenting extensive galleries of large images to clients and having the images default to "zoom to fit" was critical. Now I have to select "zoom to fit" for every single image in a folder when presenting them. Is there any way to specify a preference for this behavior so my folders load images the same way each time? This change is making one of the most important features of Dropbox completely unusable for me.
For reference, I first noticed this using Safari 13.1.1, but have tried on multiple browsers and the behavior is the same.
Agreed - I work at a modeling agency and this new rendering does not work for us - it significantly decreases our productivity. There should be a setting to either display images at 100% of shrink to fit the window.
If you use opera web browser at roughly 70% of screen size it fits the images properly.

I really cant work with this new 100% Zoom! Not being able to review 200+ photos quickly before sharing with clients is not feasible. Is there a fix to this new default. Please help Dropbox!!!!
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE CHANGE THIS. THIS IS THE STUPIDEST THING EVER!!! How am I suppose to look at and show images to client when they are 100% zoomed in. If this doesn't get changed I'm cancelling my sub

Hi Walter, thanks for taking this up - better late than never.
The issue seems to be fixed for me on my Safari desktop browser. The images scale to fit my window size.
Thanks
When viewing a link to an image, small images should not be scaled up to fit the browser window. Large image should be scaled down to fit, but smaller images should just display at 100% size. For example, After Effects calls this zoom level "Fit, up to 100%".
At the moment, if I send a link to a web-resolution image to a client, Dropbox blows it up to fill their browser window. If I'm sending a bunch of static web banner designs for review, obviously a tiny MREC banner blown up to fill their 27" monitor is going to look absolutely horrendous and I'll inevitably receive an email asking why it "looks so pixellated".
Please fix this!

I can't use dropbox if they can not fix this issue and I would think many have an issue with having to individually click on each image to change the sizes. They should all remain same size as the initial image uploaded
