I am not finding files and folders on my account online that I just created or edited.

I am not finding files and folders on Dropbox.com that I just created or edited.  There are multiple and duplicate folders on my laptop system and then I cannot find some of them on the Dropbox 'All Files'. Are there on-line consultants that can help for a fee?

Did you create these files online, or through the app on your computer? 

 

If you used our app, would you mind checking the app's current syncing status, and let me know what it reports?
