Hi I have a problem with the paper.dropbox.com my images are not appear:
Hey @andrewtsymbal, I'm afraid we can't open the .gif that you sent us, it looks broken on our end; can you attach a screenshot to your next reply instead?
Also, if you create a new Paper doc and copy the entire content of the one that has the issue, do the images load on the new one?

Hi @Hannah, when I click on the Retry button (3-4 times) image is loading:
I was also attempting to transfer all the images to the new document. The images that were appearing correctly before are working as they should, but some of the broken ones are showing up while others are not. Here are a few screenshots:
This one screenshot from the original doc, only one image has a preview and others are not
After the copy to a new doc all of them are appearing
Here is an another set of images from the original doc
After coping to the new doc only a few images appeared:
